Located in the heart of The Strand Arcade, in Sydney's CBD, Dinosaur Designs' original store becomes a

cave-like space that brings each custom resin art piece to life.

The concept is sculptural in nature; through the use of natural materials, textures. and palettes, the space allows the colourful resin jewellery and homeware collections to bring the colour and vibrancy. Organic shapes, lighting sconces and furniture pieces support the pared back nature of the space.

The shopfront exterior honours the heritage of The Strand Arcade, whilst a facade backdrop with a window shaped to emulate the Dinosaur Designs logo is a subtle hint to the iconic branding. Two custom mid-floor displays use stacked concrete hexagons to almost mimic stacked stones or rock. The concept for their original retail store plays into the naming of the brand, acting as the cave in which Dinosaur Designs was born.
